Job Title: Trainer (Cantonese)Job Location: MalaysiaWorkplace type: OnsiteShift: Mon- Fri – 9am to 6pm Hong Kong timeLanguage: Cantonese (must) & EnglishScope of Responsibilities:Demonstrate ability to train associates in domain using a structured approachManage, design and develop new hire, refresher, process change, and other related trainingsCoordinate with client SMEs to provide process updates, changes, and operational knowledge to team membersResponsible to remain current with all process documentation and operating procedures for all in-scope processes and proceduresAnalyze statistics at a training class and team level (AHT, quality, etc.) to determine training support needsCollaborate with the client on any process gaps or opportunities while working on training, reviewing SOP’s, and related documentsAssist Team Lead in management tasks as requiredActively participate as relevant in Client/Internal meetingsProvide MIS reports as relevantPreferred Skills:Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, including relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends in APAC marketEnd to end understanding insurance claims process, benefits/policy servicing, provider relationship and customer contact centerRequired Qualification:University DegreePreferred experience – Health Care insurance with 6-10 years of experienceExcellent verbal and written English/Cantonese communication skillsAbout Cognizant:Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) engineers modern businesses.
