Job Description
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and optimizing Collektr’s paid marketing initiatives while driving performance insights across the full user funnel. This role works closely with BI Analysts, Product, and Marketing to improve media efficiency, in-app conversion, and overall growth performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Execution
- Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing experiences to improve performance metrics.
- Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and flag optimization opportunities.
2. Budget Monitoring & Optimization
- Manage allocated budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI and CAC performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, attribution signals, and business priorities.
- Escalate performance risks or anomalies early with data-backed insights.
3. Analytics, BI & In-App Conversion
- Work closely with BI Analysts to review and interpret acquisition and in-app performance data.
- Analyze in-app conversion funnels, including user activation, drop-offs, and purchase behaviour.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements for campaigns and user journeys.
4. Reporting & Performance Insights
- Track and monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta tools, and internal BI dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Support management with data clarity on campaign and funnel performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and BI teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with performance objectives.
- Provide execution-level input to improve user acquisition quality and conversion rates across paid channels.
