Job Description

•  Manage all incoming leads across various channels, ensuring timely and personal follow-ups. 
• Work closely with our sales team to qualify leads and assign them to Account Manager(s), supporting
  with scheduling tours and coordination. 
• Proactively convert and recommend non-residential sales, including prepaid pass and meeting rooms
  while identifying opportunities to cross-sell Jerry & Colony packages that match client needs. 
• Keep our database and sales reports up to date and accurate to provide valuable insights for Jerry. 
• Practice excellent customer service in all client interactions, ensuring they feel supported and confident
  throughout their journey with us. 
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly. 
• Take ownership, stay organized, and contribute to a positive remote team environment 

Job Requirements

•  Equipped with own computer and have a strong/stable internet connection.  
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to find inconsistencies and errors. 
• Teamwork and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels. 
• Previous experience in providing customer service or inside sales is a plus. 
• Hands on experience with Google Sheets. 
• Cooperative team player, easily gains trust and support of peers; encourages collaboration. 
•  Diploma/Secondary School Diploma
