About the Role

We’re looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager to help keep our People function running

smoothly and raise the quality of how we work. This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-strong, and tech-comfortable. You should be able to manage People Ops cleanly, communicate clearly, and improve workflows, documentation, and output quality. You should also be comfortable using Gen AI tools to work better and faster.

This is not a Head of Department role. It is a strong manager-level role for someone who can provide dependable operational support, improve structure, and reduce follow-up work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

 Keep day-to-day People Ops and HR administration running smoothly.

 Maintain accurate employee records, leave workflows, trackers, and documentation.

 Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, contract updates, and related HR processes.

 Support hiring coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding readiness.

 Prepare clear reports, spreadsheets, decks, trackers, and internal documents.

 Build and improve SOPs, checklists, templates, and process documentation.

 Support culture and engagement initiatives with strong planning and follow-through.

 Coordinate People-related statutory and compliance matters, including EPF, SOCSO/EIS, HRD Corp,

payroll inputs, employee records, and related submissions.

 Support claims, grants, and other People-related government or administrative processes where

relevant.

 Use Gen AI tools to improve writing, documentation, structure, workflow quality, and efficiency.

 Escalate sensitive matters early and communicate clearly.


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

 5–8 years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or People & Culture roles.

 Strong administrative discipline and follow-through.

 Good writing, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.

 Comfort with HR systems, documentation, reporting, and structured workflows.

 Comfort using or learning Gen AI tools in a practical work setting.

 Ability to work independently and keep things moving without repeated reminders.

 Good judgement on when to escalate issues.
