Job Description

v  In charge of Central Region and Northern of Klang Valley areas of Peninsular Malaysia as assigned by company

v  To develop oversea market for certain countries as assigned by company

v  Responsible for customers orders, enquiries, after sales services and collection

v  Market and promoting company’s new range and existing products

v  Study customer’s background before giving or allowing any terms and conditions

v  Prepare and update daily sales report

v  Liaise with Customer Service to ensure customers’ requirement is fulfilled

v  Follow up approvals of various documents

v  Prepare related documents i.e. colour matching job sheet, product price and all related document before passing to Customer Service

v  To handle customers complaint and feedback

v  To assist account department in customers’ credit control

v  To quote customer base on guideline provided or approved by management

v  To propose appropriate terms in quotation preparation

v  Any other job assigned by the superior or management from time to time

Job Requirements

v  Diploma in any field and/or 2 years working experience in related position

v  Must be computer literate

v  Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

v  A responsible and reliable person

v  Good interpersonal and communication skills

v  Positive, team oriented and flexible

v  Dedicated, self-motivated and aggressive

v  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
