Job Description

We are seeking Graphic Designers to join our creative team at Color Wheel Creatives in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for developing visually stunning and impactful designs that elevate our clients' brands and marketing deliverables.

What you'll be doing

• Hands-on delivery of creative output across multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality and on-brand delivery
• Take full ownership of visual quality, key visuals, campaign assets, and final deliverables for digital and print
• Translate client briefs into effective visual solutions, managing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
• Collaborate with creative lead and, when required, communicate directly with clients to align creative direction
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively seek ways to improve design standards, workflows, and creative output

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio setting
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in campaign-driven designs, keyart visualization and brand identity
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with practical use of generative AI tools in creative workflows
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client accounts and concurrent projects
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and bring innovative ideas to the table
• High level of ownership, independence, and accountability, with the ability to work effectively in a small and growing team (must have own laptop and reliable transportation)
