Placing our social channels on the global map starts with the right minds for it. The ideal candidate here is a mix of a brand storyteller and a KPI-driven marketer. Someone who not only sees likes, shares and comments as social gold but actually gives two hoots about the numbers (CTR, ROI). You will lead the way in planning content that is not just aesthetically-pleasing and engaging, but most importantly EFFECTIVE. Social media engagement is cute but do you know what it takes to gain leads and build brand love? Get ready to hulk-smash through all that social media clutter.
We are looking for someone who AIN’T about capturing pretty flatlays, writing half-baked vanilla copy and curating a galore of stock images. Each content you decide to place is uniquely crafted, has a strong purpose and most importantly, tells the Comfort Works’ brand story. Social Media Management
- Social Strategy: Create social media strategy that aligns with the brand, business goals, tone and priorities. Platforms you’ll be managing will include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
- Content Management: Maintain a monthly content calendar by planning and executing a variety of social media initiatives for brand and product marketing.
- Content ideation & creation: Source and create compelling content through photo and video shoots, capturing content yourself, and identifying on-brand UGC.
- Analyze: Interpret social media insights with analytics and SEO to guide campaigns, and provide data-backed recommendations when reiterating content
- Cross-collaborate with other teams: Work closely with product, marketing, growth and customer experience teams to understand how their goals are best represented and amplified by our social channels, and strategize/create posts for those teams while maintaining brand consistency and narrative.
- Monitoring and engagement: Nothing goes unnoticed - actively engage on all our social media by combing through comments for questions and concerns, or even an opportunity to add a personal touch to the community conversations. You will learn by heart our product offerings and our policies to respond like a CX pro.
Influencer Engagement
- Plan and identify collaborations: Research and identify influencers that would resonate with our target audience for all markets. Allocate influencer-generated content in your monthly content calendar.
- Engage and build a repertoire: Reach out, pitch and manage a pipeline of influencers to collaborate on any social media content/campaigns.
- Gatekeepers of brand guidelines: Ensure that all influencer-generated content are always on-brand and on-point by delivering clear-cut briefs to help them craft content.
- Measure the success of their efforts with trackable and tangible KPIs for all initiatives.
