Job Description

1. Shooting

Photoshoot

• Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots for campaigns, social media and e-commerce.
• Prepare mood boards, shot lists, props and styling references.
• Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists and vendors.
• Support on-site shoot execution and ensure all required content is captured.
• Review and organize fi nal photos for editing and usage.

Video Shooting

• Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots for campaigns, launches and social media.
• Prepare storyboards, scripts and shot lists.
• Coordinate with videographers, talents and production teams.
• Support fi lming setup, lighting and on-site execution.
• Video edits/review and ensure content follows brand direction

2. Design

Social Media Design

• Design social media posts, stories, reels covers and digital assets.
• Ensure visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign direction.
• Prepare key visuals for campaigns
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms.

Packaging Design

• Assist in developing packaging concepts for products, gift sets and campaigns.
• Prepare artwork layouts and print-ready fi les.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printers for production.

PR Kit Design

• Design PR kits for launches, infl uencers and media.
• Prepare packaging concepts, inserts and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for production and assembly.

3. Visual Merchandising (VM)

• Support VM setup for stores, pop-ups and events.
• Ensure displays, signage and product placements follow brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating seasonal displays and campaign setups.
• Coordinate with vendors for props, printing and installations.
• Conduct store visits to ensure VM standards are maintained.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Creative Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Light room, Video Editing, Illustrator, Design.
• Sharp eye for detail with a proven talent for crafting high-impact visual content.
• Proven track record of delivering top-tier designs under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments. 
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can confidently pitch creative concepts and explain the rationale behind design decisions. 
• 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, marketing, branding, content strategy, or a related role.
