● Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes) across all platforms.
● Ensure stock levels, product status, and pricing are aligned across channels.
● Monitor listing errors, flagged items, and platform compliance issues.
2. Campaign & Promotion Execution
● Assist in setting up monthly campaigns, vouchers, bundle deals, and flash sales.
● Coordinate with platform managers to submit campaign nominations and secure exposures.
● Ensure all promotional mechanics are set up correctly and activated on time.
3. Livestream & Content Coordination
● Work with the Live Host Team to prepare product list, pricing, talking points, and selling scripts.
● Ensure all livestream SKUs, vouchers, and bundles are set up correctly before each session.
● Coordinate product samples for hosting sessions and ensure they are complete and updated.
● Collaborate with the Content Team to prepare product visuals, social content, and short videos.
● Upload and manage livestream assets, review live replay performance, and provide insights for improvement.
4. Visual, Copywriting & Store Maintenance
● Review storefront layout, hero banners, product images, and category organization.
● Ensure branding consistency across e-platform.
● Coordinate with designers on campaign graphics and platform visual requirements.
5. Reporting & Analysis
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports across all ecommerce platforms.
● Analyse traffic, conversion rate, best-selling items, and slow-moving inventory.
● Track campaign results, livestream performance, advertising impact, and platform KPIs.
● Provide performance insights to support merchandising and marketing decisions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse/Fulfillment, Marketing to ensure smooth operations.
● Coordinate order issues, stock availability, return cases, and shipping delays.
● Support marketing initiatives such as KOL partnerships, affiliate programs, and cross-platform campaigns.
