Accountable for Sales & Business Development, focusing on acquiring new accounts

•  Create a Sales Strategy and work alongside the internal team for effective execution
•  Collaborate with current Customers to align on their technology roadmap and investment strategy
•  Exhibit professionalism in all client and partner communications
•  Discover new opportunities in market segments by introducing innovative ideas and concepts
•  Address high-priority issues promptly and contribute actively to the team’s objectives
•  Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of projects and potential clients
•  Oversee the complete sales process from initial engagement to post-sale follow-up
•  Meet or surpass sales targets by crafting effective go-to-market strategies and solutions
•  Achieve minimum sales gross margin while monitoring invoicing and accounts receivable
•  Analyze tender requirements and take responsibility for proposal submissions
•  Ensure all customer-related records are maintained accurately
•  Stay informed about partners’ offerings
•  Keep updated on competitors' products, services, and activities

Job Requirements

• The candidate should hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT.
•  At least 5 years of applicable experience, ideally in a managerial role within Sales - Technical/IT.
•  Strong understanding and experience in Application Development.
•  Proactive and motivated self-starter.
•  Open to travel as necessary.
