Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling

•  Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, live) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. 
•  Take initiative to capture daily photos and videos of internal activities, events, products, or behind-the-scenes moments for social media use.  

Daily Activity & Engagement

•   Keep all social media channels active daily with relevant and timely posts. 
•   Monitor trends and viral content for opportunities to engage and increase visibility 

Community Management

•  Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly. 
•  Support the growth of our online community through meaningful interactions. 

Campaign & Content Support

•  Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns and promotions. 
•  Help develop creative ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness. 

Digital Advertising (Meta & Google)

•  Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. 
• Help analyze ad performance, track KPIs, and prepare basic performance reports. 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business, or a related field.
   
• Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and branding.
   
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads is an advantage.
   
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
   
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
   
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
   
• Ability to take photos/videos and assist in editing using basic tools or apps.
   
• Able to commit to a full-time internship (preferably 3–6 months).
   
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment
