Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage IT asset documentation, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and configuration records.
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of cloud servers and infrastructure.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for server configurations, system changes, and operational procedures.
• Support basic server and system administration, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Develop and execute basic Bash shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, mailbox configuration, security settings, and service monitoring.
• Support Microsoft 365 licensing management, including tracking license usage, understanding license types, and assisting with assignments and renewals.
• Participate in system updates, patch management, and security compliance activities.
• Provide technical support for internal staff when required.
• Contribute to IT improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Interest in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
