CommercePlus is looking for passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented interns who are eager to gain real hands-on experience in eCommerce operations and marketplace management. If you're interested in online retail, digital platforms, and how brands grow across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other eCommerce channels, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

• Support daily eCommerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and brand websites 
• Assist with product listings, pricing updates, promotions and campaign setup 
• Support order processing, inventory monitoring and fulfilment coordination 
• Track store, product and campaign performance 
• Conduct market and competitor research 
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates 
• Work closely with internal teams on campaign execution and promotional activities 
• Support day-to-day tasks for assigned brands and eCommerce accounts

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications or a related field 
• Interested in eCommerce, online retail and marketplace platforms 
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces is an advantage 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks 
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn 
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
