About the Role

We're looking for a people-person in the making — someone who's wrapping up their studies, loves conversations, and doesn't mind juggling a to-do list. As our HR Intern, you'll be right in the middle of the action: reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, keeping our hiring pipeline moving, and helping make the office a better place to work.

This isn't a "sit in the corner and file documents" kind of internship. You'll have real responsibilities, real exposure, and a real shot at learning how HR actually works from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Send out interview invitations and manage scheduling coordination
  • Conduct pre-interview calls to screen and prep candidates
  • Handle outreach to potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Keep the applicant tracking process updated and accurate

HR Operations

  • Assist in updating and maintaining job descriptions across all open roles
  • Track recruitment progress and prepare simple status updates for the team
  • Support onboarding coordination and documentation

Office & Activities Coordination

  • Help plan and execute internal company activities, team events, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and office-based activities
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day office coordination needs

Job Requirements

 

Who We're Looking For

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
  • A natural people person — warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools
  • A good sense of humor doesn't hurt 😄
