Job Description

As a Live Host & Content Creator, you will be responsible to create exciting shopping content and entertainment for the brands assigned to you. You will be trained and integrated into the Commerceplus Ecommerce growth planning and execution methods.

CREATE | You are the expert at all the fun trending content around Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook social media. You will be brainstorming, planning, film and edit daily content for Tiktok and Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts. Your videos are simple, authentic, raw and they are focused on delivering meaningful value that gets fans and new followers excited about the products you talk about.

HOST | Conduct LiveStreaming as a Host on various online platforms such as
Tiktok, Shopee to introduce, promote and demonstrate our products during Livestreaming. Interact and engage with online audiences, provide professional advice and answer enquiries during LIVE Streaming. Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our products and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming. 

ENGAGE | You love talking to people and that includes communities, fans and new audiences that are just finding out about your videos. You keep the engagement going with follow ups as you find out about what makes them tick. You think of ways to keep them entertained and coming back for more. Content creation is both an art and a science. You are continuously testing your hypotheses about why some angles, messages and videos work, and others don’t.

What Success Looks Like

• Create an exciting livestream for viewers and drive key metrics such as enter room rate, viewer retention, conversion rate, sales
• Increase follower and engagement for the social channels and marketplace stores
• Create excitement around the brand and its products and increase engagement

Job Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee
• Able to work shifts according to planned schedule
• Able to work during Peak Campaign days and Marketplace Peak hours in shifts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points for wit, humor, and empathetic “hot takes.” Have a deep understanding of the importance of data-driven distribution and repurposing content.
• Ability to learn and adapt to performance quickly. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Interested in the health and wellness, fashion retail, beauty and skincare 
• Ability to collaborate and execute creative strategy across teams.
