As a Retail Advisor for a womenswear brand, other than customer service, you will also get to build polished social content and thoughtful customer moments by capturing product stories during natural pauses, while guiding styling and transactions to improve conversion.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Selling

• Work the floor and register across both stores (209, Jalan Hutton and Room 302, Lebuh Chulia), guiding customers on styling, fit and product details to support conversions.
• Create calm, considerate customer moments that encourage repeat visits and gentle upsells during your shifts.

Inventory & Store Operations

• Manage stock transfers, assist with reordering and conduct stock counts, plus flag low inventory before it affects sales.
• Support pop-up and consignment activity by helping set up, staff our pop-up market appearances
• Handle daily store admin including sales reconciliation, opening and closing checklists, visual merchandising to keep both outlets organised and visually presentable.

Content Capture & Online Commerce

• Capture quick product and in-store photos or short-form videos and hand them to the marketing team for use.
• Respond, prepare and pack webstore orders for pickup or delivery.
• Contribute simple performance notes on what content and displays work so the team can iterate and improve.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail, but not necessarily required if you're a fast learner.
• Experience with multi-outlet shifts, pop-ups or consignment sales is preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts across our offline touch-points, including weekends.
• A portfolio or examples of short-form social content or phone-shot edits are a strong plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and short video edits, and familiar with social platforms for commerce.
• Basic POS, cash handling and experience with stock counts; familiarity with simple inventory tools or spreadsheets.
• Ability to pack orders accurately and manage customer enquiries professionally.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You bring a calm, friendly service style and enjoy helping customers find the right pieces.
• You work well in a small team, communicate clearly and take responsibility for store standards.
• You are proactive about solving problems and eager to learn toward a store lead or operations role as we grow.
