Job Description

• Perform daily accounting & basic office tasks such as data entry, documents filing and processing email.
• Perform general accounting, account receivable & account payable.
• Perform timely and accurate monthly, quartely, and yearly-end closing activities. 
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in tax and audits report preparation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and statutory requirement.
• Work closely with all parties and other departments.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments/duties when needs arise.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience. 
• Willing to learn and familiar with AutoCount will be added advantage.
• Hands-on with good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Independent, good team player and able to communicate with people of all levels.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
• Flexible to work extra hour when necessary.
• Full-time position is available.
