Skills & Experience Required:
Language Proficiency: Korean & English speaking is mandate
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Deep understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services: Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Bicep for infrastructure as code.
- Deep experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design in Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure, Availability Zones, backup/recovery, Geo-redundant storage and monitoring services.
- Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods.
- Proven ability to assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational SLAs and business risk tolerances.
- Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), Azure Policy, and Key Vault.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22301, NIST, and GDPR for BCP/DR.
