Job Description

1. Meet with clients to understand event requirements, themes, budgets, and timelines
2. Develop event proposals, menus, and cost estimates
3. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, servers, vendors, and suppliers
4. Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown on the day of the event
5. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
6. Manage staffing schedules and supervise event staff
7. Monitor budgets, control costs, and process invoices and payments
8. Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
