Job Description
- Prepare event proposals, quotations and contract
- To attend and assist in all VIP function and events hosted by the Hotel.
- To conduct professional and proper hotel inspection for educational groups together with preparation of sales kits, report on action to be followed-up.
- To maximize the use of all our function facilities
- To participate in house promotions
- To liaise closely with Banquet Operations and ensure that all details / information is well communicated
- To attend to guest enquiries and requests
- The duties of this post may require some weekend of evening work
- Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally
- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Produce clear and accurate Event Order within set deadlines
- Develop and deliver sales presentation to potential customers
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Interested in event coordination, banquet sales, or related roles
Experience in hotel, convention centre, or MICE industry is an added advantage.
