Job Description

 

You are part of the Operations team, the center of our business. This is a customer focused role; thus, you will engage with customers in a professional manner to understand their needs, provide assistance and handle various scenarios to help them solve their issues. Within your role, you will:

  • Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow.
  • Assign staff to cover workload and contingency plans for it.
  • Answers questions and resolves problems of the supervised team.
  • Supervises the development and implementation of training programs within the team supervised.
  • Facilitates adoption of the Conectys values system at team level.
  • Serves as a liaison between the team and other offices/departments for the distribution and collection of information and to resolve operational issues.
  • Trains staff in the use of the client’s network troubleshooting and management and attends meetings.
  • Conduct 121 feedback with direct reports in a continuous manner and performance assessments in timely manner.
  • Reviews work performance, identifying problems with performance and solutions to those problems, initiating formal measures to correct misconduct.
  • Regularly monitors the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised.
  • Supervises the maintenance of personnel records (annual/medical leaves) timesheets for staff supervised.
  • Working onsite in Cyberjaya and pioneer management.

  • A C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • 1 year of Team Manager experience, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adjust your frame of thinking and quickly change priorities to meet
  • deadlines
  • Proactivity, driven to suggest and implement quality
  • Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya and flexible with shifting schedules.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of Team Manager experience, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Experience in Cryptocurrency, Cryptomarket and Fintech is an advantage
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adjust your frame of thinking and quickly change priorities to meet
  • deadlines
  • Proactivity, driven to suggest and implement quality
  • Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya and open to working in shifting schedules.
  • Can start as soon as third week of April 2026.
