Job Description

Location: Petaling Jaya 

The Mission: To redefine how international conferences are built, managed, and scaled using AI and automation.

The Vibe Check:

You’ve mastered the basics of event planning. You know how to handle a room of 500 delegates and keep a cool head when the AV glitches. But you’re looking for more. You want to lead. At Conference Partners, we’re moving beyond traditional spreadsheets. We want a Specialist who will architect the "Digital Twin" of our events, leveraging AI Agents to create world-class experiences.

How You’ll Level Up This Role:

  • AI Strategy & Implementation: You won’t just use AI; you’ll build the systems. You’ll design AI-driven workflows for delegate registrations, automated speaker management, and real-time event analytics.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: You are the lead pilot. From initial concept and budgeting to onsite execution across Asia, you own the project lifecycle.
  • Digital Marketing Synergy: You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to use AI for hyper-personalised attendee journeys—think automated email funnels and AI-generated social proofing.
  • The "Client Whisperer": You’ll manage high-level stakeholders (Medical Boards, Corporate CXOs, International Associations) and show them how our tech-forward approach delivers better ROI than "old school" agencies.
  • Lead the Pod: You’ll mentor the Assistants, teaching them how to leverage AI to maximise their output and minimise burnout.
