What You’ll Be Doing:

• Digital Ops: Assist in setting up tech for hybrid events and managing delegate communications (using AI to help you work 2x faster).
• Onsite Action: Be part of the ground crew during event days. From registration desks to VIP management, you’ll see the "magic" happen live.
• Content Creation: Help our marketing team whip up event teasers, social posts, and delegate emails using the latest AI-assisted design tools.
• Problem Solving: Every event has a "glitch." You’ll learn how to stay calm, pivot fast, and find a solution.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• The "Chronically Online": You know what’s trending. You’re comfortable with apps, AI tools, and social media.
• The Communicator: You’re not afraid to talk to people from all over the world (professional but with personality!).
• The Hustler: You have a "can-do" attitude and don't mind getting your hands dirty during a busy event week.
•  • Students/Fresh Grads: Currently pursuing a degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or any field that requires a big brain and an even bigger heart.
