Job Title: Business Operations Intern

Job Summary:
Assist the operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities, supporting process improvements, and helping the company stay organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational tasks and internal coordination.
   
• Assist in documenting processes, reports, and workflow updates.
   
• Help with data entry, data organization, and preparing operational summaries.
   
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
   
• Participate in meetings and prepare minutes or follow-up action items.
   
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
   
• Provide general administrative and logistical support.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have own transport (car) and a valid driving licence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
   
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
