We’re looking for a TikTok-savvy Social Media Intern who lives on TikTok, understands trends before they peak, and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.
This role is hands-on, creative, and platform-specific — perfect for someone who wants real experience growing a brand on TikTok.
What You’ll Do
- Research daily TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and hooks
- Brainstorm and pitch TikTok content ideas aligned with brand voice
- Write hooks, captions, and on-screen text optimised for TikTok
- Monitor video performance and note what works (retention, saves, shares)
- Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes and best practices
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Actively uses TikTok (posting is a BIG plus)
- Understands TikTok trends, meme culture, and fast-paced content
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / VN / TikTok editor)
- Creative, proactive, and not afraid to experiment
- Strong sense of timing, humour, and storytelling
