 As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you’ll support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, customer-focused, and profitable operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities typically include :Operational Management, Team Leadership & Training, Guest Relations & Service Excellence, Support Strategic Initiative 

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
   
• Relevant certifications in food safety/hygiene are a plus.
   
• Experience
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hotel outlet
   
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is strongly preferredGrabJobs
   
• Experience with POS systems and outlet reporting tools.
   

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
   
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
   
• Good understanding of inventory control, cost management, and sales analysis
   
• Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and other languages a plus.
   
• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
