Job Description

  • Work closely with the Ayam Bahagia team to understand how a regenerative farm is managed day to day
  • Gain exposure to ethical animal care, feeding systems, and sustainable farm practices
  • Understand how farm operations connect to product output – eggs, chicken, and value-added products
  • Support and observe basic product development processes from farm produce
  • Learn how quality, ethics, and sustainability influence decision-making on the farm
  • Understand the challenges of running a purpose-driven agricultural business – from operations to consistency
  • Explore how Ayam Bahagia builds products while staying aligned to its regenerative farming principles
  • No prior experience required – just curiosity about farming, food systems, and building meaningful products

This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Ayam Bahagia operates as both a regenerative farm and food producer. Interns will learn how ethical farming practices translate into real products – from animal care and farm operations to simple product development and packaging.
