Job Description

• Learn the entrepreneurial mindset required to succeed in modern agriculture, including resilience, discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Understand how a simple farming idea can be transformed into a profitable and scalable business.
• Work alongside the farm team to understand how a commercial chilli farm operates from cultivation to distribution. 
• Understand how weather, soil, pests, and market demand influence decisions on the ground
• Explore sustainable farming practices and their role in long-term productivity
• See how produce is sorted, handled, and prepared for market standards
• Understand the realities of running an agricultural business: risks, pressure, and problem-solving
• No prior experience required, for those curious about farming, food systems, and building from the ground up
