Job Description

1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
3. Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
4. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
5. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
6. Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
7. Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal approval procedures.
9. Prepare monthly procurement reports.
10. Support and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
11. Manage other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
