Job Description

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting systems
• Process and monitor incoming payments (Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices (Accounts Payable)
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Help with reconciling bank statements and other accounts
• Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
• Collaborate with other departments on financial issues and reporting
• Assist in auditing processes and preparing documentation for auditors
• Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with [specific software] is a plus)
