Job Description

1. Technical Drafting & Drawing

- Produce and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

- Assist in preparing layout plans, sections, elevations, and technical details.

- Assist in converting hand sketches or conceptual designs into CAD drawings.

- Ensure drawings comply with drafting standards and company templates.

2. Design & Documentation

- Help in maintain drawing registers, documentation, and revision updates.

- Assist in preparing submission drawings for local authorities.

- Help in compiling tender documents and construction drawings.

- Support 3D modelling and simple renderings using SketchUp or other tools.

3. Project Coordination & Site Works

- To coordinate with all respective consultants / subcontractors.

- Assist in preparing presentation materials for clients or internal reviews.

- Participate in site measurements and surveys.

- Assist in preparing as-built drawings.

- Learn and apply basic Malaysian building regulations, UBBL requirements, and local authority guidelines (under supervision).

Job Requirements

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Landscape, Architectural Technology, or related field.

- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

- Ability to read basic technical drawings.

- Good attitude, communication, willingness to learn and good teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn and ability to take instructions.

- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop & SketchUp is a must.

- Familiar with Revit Software will be added advantages.
