Job Description

Join our Collection and Recovery team and play a key role in managing customer accounts while supporting responsible repayment solutions.

Job Description:

  • Contact customers via phone and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts. 
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers and ensure commitments are fulfilled. 
  • Assess customers’ financial situations to recommend suitable repayment arrangements. 
  • Differentiate between customers who are unable to pay and those who are unwilling to pay, and take appropriate action. 
  • Monitor payment plans closely and follow up on any missed payments. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and repayment activities. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues and improve collection outcomes. 
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of collection experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially when dealing with difficult customers. 
  • Ability to assess customers' financial situations effectively. 
  • Capability to distinguish between “can’t pay” and “won’t pay” cases. 
  • Experience in securing and monitoring realistic payment plans. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
