Service Crew Leader (Mixue Eco Ardence)
Job Requirements
1. At least 1 year as a team leader/ shift leader/ senior service crew at Mixue outlet/ similar F&B outlet/ retail outlet.
2. Good leadership and always prioritise customer satisfaction, customer service and product knowledge.
3. Sales- driven and aggresive in promoting and upselling products.
4. Manage daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure assigned team follow company SOP, HQ SOP and F&B industry SOP.
5. Assist in stock count and inventory ordering, usage and wastage.
6. Guide the assigned team to achieve operational excellence.
