Key Responsibilities

•  Identify and acquire new dealers, retailers, and corporate customers.
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
•  Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
•  Visit potential customers and retail outlets regularly.
•  Generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
•  Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
•  Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Requirements

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
•  Experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle products, or consumer goods is an advantage.
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•  Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
•  Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
