This is an exciting opportunity for the individual who is passionate about sales &amp; marketing, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our teams and learn what it takes to support various sales &amp; marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US :
* Social media advertising : How to promote our properties on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu 小红书 (XHS) and YouTube to reach and engage with a targeted audience
* Client database management and analysis : How to manage client information and apply analytical techniques to track key performance indicators to help our teams make data-driven decisions
* On-ground sales and marketing activities : Assist our team in the planning and coordination of promotional activities; including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site simple photo and video taking

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE :
* Keen interest in properties (ie visiting show galleries and viewing properties)
* Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu 小红书 (XHS) and YouTube
* Basic knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications is a plus
* Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
