Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible, well-organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily administrative, operational, and personal matters. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, manage schedules and appointments, coordinate with internal and external parties, handle confidential information professionally, and respond promptly to tasks assigned by the Director.

The candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and willingness to assist with urgent or ad-hoc matters outside regular working hours when required are essential.

Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements – Personal Assistant

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, Admin Executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Highly organised, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant office applications.
  • Able to prepare documents, reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Able to coordinate with clients, staff, suppliers, business partners, and other external parties professionally.
  • Must be responsive and contactable when required, including for urgent or ad-hoc matters outside normal working hours.
  • Willing to stand by and assist the Director when required, depending on business needs.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and willing to travel or run errands when required.
  • Able to work Monday to Saturday according to the company's working schedule.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic are essential.
