Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at Corvan, your main objective is to support the team in creating engaging, trend-driven and effective social media content, especially short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and XiaoHongShu.

This role is best suited for someone who is creative, fast, accurate and comfortable using AI tools and basic editing platforms to turn ideas into content that connects with our audience and strengthens the Corvan brand.

What will you do?

• Assist in planning, creating and executing engaging social media content, with a strong focus on video content.
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Write and edit captions, scripts and content ideas while following Corvan’s brand tone.
• Research social media trends, competitor content and industry updates.
• Assist in shooting, editing and scheduling social media posts.
• Create and edit simple graphics and videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms.
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, scripting and workflow efficiency.
• Track and analyse basic social media performance to improve future content.
• Support audience engagement by replying to comments and messages under supervision.
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams on campaign and promotional materials.

Job Requirements

What is required?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Branding, Mass Communication, Creative Writing or a related field.
• Able to speak and write in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Strong interest in content creation, especially short-form videos.
• Able to use basic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideas, copywriting and workflow support.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work with both speed and accuracy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good planning and communication skills.
• A team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
