Job Requirements
"What are the requirements to apply?"
- 2-3 years experience in home appliance servicing/repair (or similar electrical repair work).
- Comfortable leading/mentoring a small team (not a managerial role).
- Able to write clear service reports and use basic documentation tools.
- Strong communication skills, especially in English; Bahasa Malaysia required.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace is a plus.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills.

Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), Saturday (9:30am-1:00pm)
