Role Overview
The Event Operations Intern will assist with the physical and operational side of events, including setup, equipment preparation, crew coordination, event flow, and on-ground execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Help prepare event equipment, tools, documents, and materials
- Support event crew during roadshows, qualifiers, activations, and tournaments
- Assist with participant flow, registration, briefing, and crowd control
- Help monitor event schedule and operational checklist
- Support troubleshooting and escalation during event days
- Assist with post-event packing, inventory checks, and reports
