OUR COMPANY CULTURE

<li>In-charge of employee's misconduct cases i.e conduct counselling, issue and follow up on show cause / warning / termination letter / payment in lieu and conduct a domestic inquiry</li>
<li>In-charge of employee's non-performance cases i.e assisting superior in implementing and review PIP Program</li>
<li>Conduct regular engagement with employees to explain company policies and procedures, address issues timely and report to management all unresolved issues</li>
<li>To assist in develop / review HR, Contract, SOP and Policy (counselling, engagement, grievance, misconduct, etc)</li>
<li>Recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department</li>
<li>To assist to ensure employee disciplinary issues are implements and in accordance with Company Policy and Employment Act</li>
<li>To assist to HR Manager to deal with Government Authority</li>
<li>Maintain a good relationship with other line managers on matters concerning disciplinary and employee relation HR function and services</li>
<li>Responsible to conduct surveys, branch visit and research on work environment and safety.</li>

This roles required to execute and handle end to end process related misconduct, performance and assisting HR in liaising Government Agency related matter.
