Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Manager in managing daily tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping the executive stay organized and focused on key priorities.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements. 

Note: Looking for candidate arround KL or Selangor Only.


Job Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, Salaes, or Administration

Proficient in English and Malay

Strong skills in Google Workspace

Basic skills in creative design tools

Tech-savvy, adaptable to new tools and platforms

Excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple taks efficiently
