Job Description
- Responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities to support company growth
- Researching potential growth avenues in new and established markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners
- Collaborating with internal teams to create strategic plans tailored to client and market needs
- Crafting and delivering presentations to potential clients and internal leadership
- Engaging in negotiations to finalize contract terms with clients
- Monitoring proposal status and business performance, providing regular reports
- Analyzing financial and competitor data to inform decision-making
- Supervising the sales cycle from lead generation to execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Administration is a must - Proficiency in both English and Malay languages - Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace - Basic skills in creative design software - Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools - Strong multitasking ability and keen attention to detail - Able to meet deadlines and effectively handle numerous tasksSkills
