Job Description

Administrative & Accounting Support

  • Key in purchase invoices, supplier bills, and maintain accurate financial records. 
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with basic accounting documentation. 
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management for business transactions.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor stock movement and update inventory records accurately. 
  • Assist in processing online orders, packing, and coordinating deliveries when required. 
  • Ensure stock records are up-to-date and aligned with physical inventory.

Coordination & Operations Support

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. 
  • Support daily office administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. 
  • Assist in maintaining operational efficiency across departments. 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Experience in administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping roles is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
