Job Description

 Assist an International NEW BALANCE as their eCommerce customer support. The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us!  

Requirements:

  • Open to explore candidates who is strong in Arabic both written and verbal.
  • Language: Mandarin and or Cantonese, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable
  • Customer-facing experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of client’s procedures and products
  • Ability to be resilient when dealing with situations

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable
  • Strong communication skills & listening skills
  • Strong ability to work and follow defined procedures
  • Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in MS Office, phone and desktop computer systems
  • Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills, Problem-solving ability
  • Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which you are recruited to support.
  • Provide exceptional eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.
  • Be an ambassador of the Sportwear brand by living and breathing the values.
  • Proactive about pleasing your customers; obsessed with making sure needs are met. 


Right to Work Requirements
