Job Description
Accounting Functions
- Handle full set / partial set of accounts
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable (AP) & accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist with audit and tax matters
- Monitor company cash flow and payment collection
Administrative Functions
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Support administrative tasks
- Liaise with external parties
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1–3 years relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Knowlegeable in SQL, good in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented, responsible and organized
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
