Job Description

CPS Marketing Sdn Bhd is one of Malaysia's leading distributors of premium pet care brands. For 20 years, we have been bringing internationally recognised pet nutrition and pet care products to Malaysian pet owners through pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics and retail partners nationwide.

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive who enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns and helping premium brands grow in the market.

Brand Management

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans for the company's portfolio of premium pet care brands. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, promotional materials and retail touchpoints. 
• Work closely with international brand principals to localise marketing initiatives for the Malaysian market.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Plan, create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms. 
• Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate content production. 
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness. 
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities.

Marketing Communications

• Prepare marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, presentations, website content, EDMs and promotional materials. 
• Ensure all communications maintain a consistent brand voice and high standard of quality. 
• Support internal and external communications relating to marketing activities.

Creative Campaigns & Activations

• Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate product launches, retail promotions, exhibitions and marketing events.
• Work closely with the Trade Executive and Sales Team to ensure campaigns are effectively executed at retail level.

Vendor & Partnership Management

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, event organisers, influencers and other marketing partners.
• Assist in negotiating quotations, contracts and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Market Research & Performance

• Monitor competitors, consumer trends and market developments.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Support the team with marketing insights and new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. 
• 2–4 years of marketing experience. Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios may also be considered. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Proficiency in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. 
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh marketing ideas. 
• Excellent organisational and project management skills. 
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. 
• Experience coordinating with agencies, suppliers or external vendors is an advantage. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is an advantage. 
• Photography, videography or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
