Job Description

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Presenting our products and services effectively to potential customers
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge and industry expertise
• Maintaining accurate records and providing timely sales reporting
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events in the region

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the petcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Independent and self-disciplined approach to work with a strong customer-centric mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation regularly
