Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily general and administrative duties
• Coordinate and work with the team for the end-to-end warehouse process: Stock handling, storing, and order dispatching, logistics coordination and quality control on a timely basis
• Perform sticker labelling to all products
• Responsible for administrative support including data entry and monitor all documents required
• Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record systems
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, supply chain or business administration is an advantage.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is an advantage
• Good teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
