Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads performance marketing.

This role focuses on conversion strategy, CPAS, campaign scaling, and ROAS optimization.

SEO and Google Ads experience are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Performance (Primary)

• Plan and execute full-funnel Meta campaigns (TOF–MOF–BOF)
• Manage CPAS and conversion-driven ad structures
• Optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
• Set up Pixel, events, and tracking (including CAPI)
• Conduct A/B testing and scale winning campaigns
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Growth & Strategy

• Develop structured campaign architecture
• Identify scaling opportunities based on data
• Work closely with creative team to improve results
• Recommend landing page improvements for better conversion

SEO & Google Ads (Bonus)

• Manage Google Search & Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and performance optimization
• Execute basic on-page SEO improvements

Job Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Strong knowledge in CPAS and conversion strategy
• Proven track record in managing performance campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple accounts independently
