Job Description:

<li>Collection of property maintenance fees/ miscellaneous payment, attend to owner's inquiries and resolve their problems/ complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects.</li>
<li>Responsible for creating, updating and keeping of management files.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors and maintenance team on property inspection/ maintenance/ issues.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth handover of property and provide effective solutions to owners.</li>
<li>Timely reporting on all kinds of incidences and emergencies to the Project Manager/ management.</li>
<li>Maintain good customer relationship with the JMB and residents.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing community activities and publicity work.</li>
<li>To complete any other assignments/ tasks given by the Project Manager/ Company.</li>
</ol>
